An Announcement from our Executive Director

After almost thirty years as the Executive Director of Literacy Volunteers of Morris County, I will be retiring at the end of the year. It has been one of the great privileges of my life to lead this organization and to work alongside so many compassionate, committed people who believe in our mission. I am profoundly grateful for all we have accomplished over the years, and cannot thank you all for letting me be part of your LVMC journey.

While I am excited for my next chapter, leaving is bittersweet. I will miss the challenges of the work we do, but most of all, I will miss all the tutors, students, staff, board members and supporters that make LVMC so special.

I am leaving with tremendous confidence in our board and staff and the incredible community that we have built together. Thank you for allowing me to be part of this extraordinary organization.
